Description of role:

1) Assume full responsibility of the management of patient benefit programme including:
  1. Ensure all agreement between Lilly and Third-party organisation are implemented consistent with the business needs and objectives, provide quality oversight and other oversight to ensure all Lilly requirements are met.
  2. Train/coordinate training for Third-party organisation staff (including but not limited to PBP specialists) on product, disease and other Lilly policies that partners should comply with, especially AE/PC reporting mechanism. Ensure AE/PC reporting is incorporated into programme implementation and all AE/PC are reported per Lilly requirement
  3. Manage PBP programme online platform/materials with accurate information and expose at an active frequency, in particular to monitor/supervise material development and upload to ensure compliant to Lilly policies and requirements
  4. On-site quality oversight & routine survey analysis to ensure programme implementation meet quality and service standard

2) In charge of internal coordination and collaboration:
  1. Regular update on PBP progress according to KPI and other metrics agreed (patient enrolment, quality-related issues, etc.)
  2. Provide PBP related training and knowledge to relevant field forces (e.g. sales, RMT, access, KA, etc.)
  3. Handle/coordinate escalations of PBP inquiries from third party or Lilly field force
  4. Closely communicate with PBP process-related functions incl. medical, marketing, quality, legal, E&C, supply chain, finance, etc., as the key point of contact within Lilly for PBP for any changes
Responsible for internal audit/review on the programme 50448BR
  • Bachelors degree and above
  • 1-3 years experience in pharma industry with familiarity of interactions of different departments
  • Good communication skills and collaboration between different functions
  • Strong attention to details with ability to understand and operate within guidance and policies
  • Experience in third party management/coordination is preferrable
